When You’re Smiling

From the “Only The Best” album

Released: August 28, 2026

When You’re Smiling opens Tony Medley’s debut campaign with warmth, optimism and effortless old-school charm. Written by Mark Fisher, Joe Goodwin and Larry Shay, the 1928 standard has travelled through generations of vocalists, with Frank Sinatra among the great singers to make it part of the classic popular-song repertoire. Tony takes that familiar invitation to lift the room and gives it the polished ease that defines his world. As the first single from Only The Best, it establishes the tone without trying too hard: welcoming, elegant and rooted in the great American popular-song tradition.
